1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2Eligibility

To register and use wi63, you must meet the following requirements. These are non-negotiable and are enforced to comply with applicable regulations and to protect players.

• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under local law.

3Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on wi63. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. wi63 may ask you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. wi63 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support immediately at support@wi63.best.

4Deposits and Payments

wi63 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) only. All game balances and transactions are denominated in PHP. The following payment channels are supported:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically reflected in your account within minutes, though some bank transfer methods may take up to one business day. wi63 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in your funds being held pending investigation. wi63 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before crediting deposited funds.

5Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real money funds at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed by the wi63 finance team and are typically completed within the following timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: Within 15–60 minutes during operational hours
• InstaPay and PESONet: Within 1–24 hours
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank): Within 1 business day
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Before your first withdrawal, wi63 may require identity verification — including a government-issued ID. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and applies to all players regardless of account history.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real money funds are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn freely, subject to minimum amounts and verification requirements.

6Bonuses and Promotions

wi63 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply across all promotions:

7Betting Rules

• A bet is considered accepted when it is confirmed by the wi63 system and a reference number is generated. Until that point, a bet is not binding.
• wi63 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned to the Player's account balance as real money funds.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wi63 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviors may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on wi63
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using software bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with wi63
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any fraudulent financial activity through wi63
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or wi63 staff
• Accessing wi63 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

9Account Suspension and Closure

wi63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested
• Suspicious activity that triggers fraud or AML review
• Extended period of account inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months)
• Request by the Player themselves under the self-exclusion or account closure options

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, wi63 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. In all other cases, verified real money funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification process.

10Responsible Gaming

In all cases, wi63's total liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arose.

14Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of wi63 after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
